Many people enter therapy for different reasons, however a uniting feature is often the recognition of suffering and the desire to explore means by which to reduce distress. Life can be tough; competing demands, cumulating pressures, conflict, they all take their toll on how we think, feel, behave and our physiology.  We can successfully negotiate these daily challenges but there are times when, despite our very best efforts, these difficulties remain unresolved and we feel unable to move forwards.
